Refund policy
No Refund After Ticket Use
If it is found that a ticket for which a refund was requested was used to attend the event, the refund will be void. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to prevent misuse of our refund system.
Refund Requests
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your ticket at least 48 hours before the event's scheduled start time. To cancel your ticket, please contact us at yonagunifiesta@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Exceptions
Please note, certain circumstances are beyond our control and may not qualify for a refund, including:
- Event cancellations or modifications by the organizer.
- Inclement weather conditions.
- Personal circumstances or changes of plans.
Processing Your Refund
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at yonagunifiesta@gmail.com.
